Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. CustomVarsity monitor prices on a daily basis.
In order to offer the best service possible, we reserve the right to change or update items and colours at any time without notice. We make every attempt to be accurate with digital images and specifications, however as we source products from different suppliers each consignment of product may be slightly different to that as advertised digitally or previously supplied, colour calibration and qualtiy of your display can also effect digital representaion.
If tone / colour / specification is crital, especially in the instance of repeating an order for an identical product, it is essential to contact us first as we cannot be held responsible for manufactured product after delivery.
In some cases there may be a slight discrepancy between colours displayed on screen and the colours on your product. This is true for any website creating colour printed items. This discrepancy is a result of the differences between how colour is produced on a computer/device screen and how it is produced on a printer.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, CustomVarsity reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Item sizes and measurements are provided as a guide only, please be aware that sizes vary from style to style. Size guides are 'to-fit' rather than exact dimensions.
Insofar as the order involves Customised Products you will not have any cooling-off period, right of revocation, right of return or right of termination.
CustomVarsity accept no liability for any additional charges levied by the government of the recipient country. By placing an order on our website the customer acknowledges the recipient accepts liability for any charges applied by their government (including, but not limited to taxes, duties, holding fees).
CustomVarsity has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change. CustomVarsity would advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing any order.
Furthermore, CustomVarsity will also not be liable for any further costs incurred as a result of customers refusing to pay the applicable customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by CustomVarsity as a result of the recipient's refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.
Customers outside the UK should be aware CustomVarsity will take payment in Sterling; any conversion shown on the website to USD or Euro is purely a guide calculated at that days exchange rate, however your bank or card issuer may not offer the same rate. CustomVarsity will not be liable for any further charges your card issuer may levy.
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments, and PayPal.
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to CustomVarsity have cleared in full.
Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.

Parcels will require a signature. We will not be held responsisble for any costs due to not signing for the package, address mistakes or undeliverable addresses.
As almost everything we sell is bespoke and made to order we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges in the same way that a high street shop can (we can't resell your design to someone else). This includes all items described as "custom", "bespoke" or "personalised". If your order is not personalised (e.g. a pre-made sale item) please refer to the cancellation policy above.
We will happily offer a refund or exchange if you find that there is a fault with the production of your design, please contact us on receipt of your order.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if there is a mistake (for example a spelling error) on the design. It is your responsibility to ensure that the design is correct before completing your order.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if the the wrong size has been ordered . It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct size is chosen before completing your order. Please see the sizing page or contact us for help with choosing the right size.
If your order is delayed in arrival due to an incorrect address entered on your order you may need to wait up to an additional 21 days for it to arrive. If a replacement is required you will be charged a slightly discounted rate for this service.
If your item does not arrive due to being lost in the post, or arrives damaged in transit, we will replace your item immediately upon us receiving a photograph of the damage with a replacement product at no extra cost to you. If an item is not delivered within our delivery estimates it does not constitute grounds for a refund as our dates are estimates only. However, a replacement will be shipped immediately if the item does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

By creating a design on this site you accept sole responsibility and liability for your designs. If the Customer provides his/her own motif or otherwise influences the product (personalisation of text), the Customer assures CustomVarsity that the text and motif are not subject to any rights held by third parties. The Customer also assures CustomVarsity that by personalising the product he is also not breaching any other rights held by third parties.
The customer releases CustomVarsity from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer shall reimburse CustomVarsity for all defence costs and other damages resulting from any such action.
